CQ MASS TRANSFER RECORDS
You can use a Salesforce Feature: Mass Transfer Records to transfer the ownership.
You can follow the Salesforce article to use this feature: Mass Transfer Records (salesforce.com)
- Navigate to Setup → Mass Transfer Records.
- Select the object. This is an example of a controlled document.
- Use the filter to list the records. Click Find. The system will list the records that match the criteria.
- You can enter the new owner in Transfer to.
- Select the document you would like to transfer and click the Transfer button.
